How I can help

Compassionate support for life's deepest sorrows

Every woman's story is unique, yet many of the wounds we carry share common threads. Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating loss, rebuilding after heartbreak, or longing to rediscover your sense of dignity and hope, Sacred Rose offers compassionate, faith-based support that honors the whole person.

Every healing journey is approached with compassion, patience, and trust in God's grace.

Below are some of the ways I most often accompany women on their healing journey.

Sexual Trauma Healing

Sexual trauma reaches far beyond the moment it occurred. It can affect the way we experience our bodies, our relationships, our sense of safety, and even our ability to trust ourselves or God. Many women carry shame that was never theirs to bear, believing they are somehow changed or diminished by what happened to them.

Healing begins in a different place.

Not with pressure to tell your whole story all at once, but with creating a safe, compassionate space where your voice, your boundaries, and your pace are deeply honored. Together we gently restore what trauma has fractured, helping you reconnect with the dignity that has always been yours.

Healing does not erase the past.

But it can restore hope and the quiet confidence of knowing that what happened to you does not define who you are.

Body Image & Worth

Many women spend years at war with their own bodies. Sometimes this begins with criticism or comparison. Sometimes it develops into disordered eating or a lifelong feeling that the body is something to control rather than receive.

Healing is not simply learning to like your body.

It is rediscovering the dignity that has always been yours.

Drawing from nearly twenty years of previous clinical experience in nutrition counseling, with a particular focus on eating disorders and body image, I offer compassionate support as you gently restore your relationship with your body through truth, grace, and kindness.

As shame begins to loosen its grip, many women discover a new freedom, not because their bodies have changed, but because they have begun to see themselves with greater compassion and truth.

Your body is not your enemy.

It is worthy of the same compassion and care that you so freely offer to others.

Love, Relationships & Dating

Healthy relationships begin long before we meet another person. They begin by recognizing our own dignity, cultivating healthy patterns, and learning to receive love without abandoning ourselves.

Whether you are healing after heartbreak, navigating dating, preparing for marriage, or longing for healthier relationships, our work together creates space to explore these questions with compassion, wisdom, and faith.

Together we gently uncover the patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for trust, healthy boundaries, authentic intimacy, and lasting love to grow.

Love is not something that must be earned.

It is something we learn to receive.

Divorce & Relationship Recovery

The ending of a relationship can leave us questioning far more than the relationship itself. It can shake our sense of identity, trust, and hope for the future. Whether your relationship ended through divorce, betrayal, or heartbreak, the loss often reaches into every part of life.

Healing begins by remembering that your story is not over.

Together we gently tend to the grief, disappointment, and questions that remain, making space for forgiveness, renewed confidence, and the possibility of hope again.

Loss does not have to be the final word on your story.

Gently, we begin returning to the woman God created you to be.

Healing restores not only the heart.

It restores the courage to hope, to trust, and to love again.

Abortion Healing & Forgiveness

For many women, the experience of abortion carries layers of grief that remain unseen. Alongside sorrow there may be regret, shame, loneliness, or the feeling that part of your story can never be spoken aloud.

Yet no wound is beyond the reach of mercy.

Together we create a compassionate space where grief can be acknowledged without judgment, where forgiveness can be received, and where healing unfolds with gentleness and hope.

Whether your abortion was recent or decades ago, your story deserves to be met with compassion and tenderness.

Healing does not ask you to forget.

It invites you to discover that love is stronger than shame, and that redemption is always possible.

Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss

The loss of a child through miscarriage or pregnancy loss is a grief that is often carried quietly. Many women are expected to return to daily life long before their hearts have had space to mourn, leaving them feeling isolated in a sorrow that others may not fully understand.

Here, your grief is welcome.

Together we honor both the depth of your love and the reality of your loss, creating space for sorrow to be witnessed rather than rushed.

Healing does not mean leaving your child behind. Rather, it is learning to carry both love and hope as your heart gently finds its way forward.

There is no timetable for grief.

Only an invitation to walk through it with compassion, faith, and gentle companionship.

Healing the whole person

Body and soul, gently honored

Healing involves more than our thoughts. Trauma, grief, shame, and loss are often carried not only in our memories, but within the body itself.

Our work together gently honors the wisdom of both body and soul, creating space for healing that reaches beyond insight alone.

Rather than focusing on only one part of your story, we honor the whole person, body, heart, mind, relationships, and spirit, trusting that healing unfolds most deeply when every part of you is welcomed with compassion, dignity, and grace.

What working together looks like

Held, at your pace

Healing cannot be rushed.

We begin with a gentle conversation where you are free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. From there, we move forward together, one step at a time, honoring your story, your pace, and the wisdom of your own healing journey.

Every session is rooted in compassion, respect for your dignity, and a commitment to honoring the whole person, body, heart, mind, relationships, and spirit.

Sessions are available in person in Buckingham, Pennsylvania, and online via Zoom.
